The 2025 Pan American Snooker Championships will take place on 30 August-7 September in Sacramento, California with a two-year World Snooker Tour (WST) tour card on offer to winner of the Open competition.
Organised by the Pan American Billiards & Snooker Association (PABSA), the event will be staged at the Aryan Snooker Club and features both the Pan American Seniors Snooker Championship and Pan American Open Snooker Championship.
Among those competing for continental glory are former World Seniors Snooker champion Igor Figueiredo and fellow former professionals Victor Sarkis and Ahmed Aly –each of whom have previously lifted the Pan American Open Snooker Championship title.
Ajeya Prabhakar, President of PABSA, said: “This is the biggest snooker event in the Pan American region and for some players it could be life changing. We are grateful to the WPBSA and WST for their continued support of our region and for helping provide pathways for our players to reach the sport’s highest stages.”
